These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through jhalanaleopardsafari.org, operated by BanBanjara Travels LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a booking enquiry or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after our team calls to verify and payment is received.
- Rates displayed are per-person or per-jeep as listed and include Rajasthan Forest Department entry & permit fees.
- Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer or card. A payment link is shared after phone confirmation.
- All guests must carry a valid photo ID; foreign guests must carry passport.
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before the safari: 100% refund minus payment gateway fees.
- Cancellations 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the safari or no-show: no refund.
- If the safari is cancelled by the Forest Department (rain, VIP visit etc.), we offer a full refund or reschedule.
Safari conduct
- Guests must remain seated in the vehicle at all times inside the reserve.
- Do not disturb wildlife, litter, feed animals, play music or use flash photography.
- Drones and firearms are strictly prohibited.
- Our guides have final authority on route and safety decisions.
Liability
Jhalana Leopard Reserve is a wild forest. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed; no refund is due if leopards are not spotted on a given safari. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage caused by wildlife, weather, or acts outside our reasonable control. Guests participate in safaris at their own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
